CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation & No-Show Policy We completely understand that life happens! To best respect everyone’s time, we kindly ask that all cancellations or reschedules be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. • Late Cancellations (within 24 hours): Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in a 50% service fee. Your deposit will be non-transferable, and a new deposit will be required to rebook. • No-Show / No-Call: Failure to show up for your appointment without notice will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service. Your deposit will be forfeited and is non-transferable. • Fat Dissolver Services: Because this product is prepared specifically for you and cannot be reused, a 100% service fee will be charged for no-shows, no-calls, or late cancellations for Fat Dissolver treatments. • Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled to stay on schedule. In this case, your deposit will be forfeited and a 50% late fee will apply. • Rescheduling Policy: We are happy to accommodate up to two reschedules. After two reschedules, your deposit becomes non-refundable. • Refund Policy: Please note that all sales are final and we do not offer refunds of any kind.
