CANCELLATION POLICY
Our cancellation policy is at LEAST 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you NO SHOW/NO CALL your deposit will be non-transfarable and to book you will have to set another deposit. A 50% of service will be charged if NO SHOW/NO CALL. For Fat Dissolvers is 100% of service since the product can’t be used and it has to be discarded. If you are more than 15 minutes late your appointment will be canceled and you will loose your deposit and will be charged a 20%fee. You are allowed to reschedule your appointment twice after that your deposit is non refundable.We do not offer refunds of any sort. Thank you!
