CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation and No-Show Policy We completely understand that life happens! To best respect everyone’s time, we kindly ask that all cancellations be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. •No-Show/No-Call: If you miss your appointment without notifying us, your deposit will be non-transferable and a new deposit will be required to rebook. Additionally, a 50% service fee will apply for no-shows or no-calls. •Fat Dissolver Services: Because the product is prepared specifically for you and cannot be reused, a 100% service fee will be charged for no-shows, no-calls or late cancellations for Fat Dissolver treatments. •Late Arrivals: If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled to stay on schedule. In this case, your deposit will be forfeited and a 20% late fee will apply. •Rescheduling: We’re happy to reschedule your appointment up to two times! After two reschedules, your deposit will become non-refundable. •Refund Policy: Please note that we do not offer refunds of any kind. We truly appreciate your understanding and support!
